confirmation:
shortly after ordering, you will receive an email confirming the amount charged to your credit card. then, we will notify you by email when your order ships.
returns
we at pinkoliveboutique.com stand behind our product and service.
if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. however, there are no exchanges on jewelry and sale items.
the item must be returned in original condition. any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise.
please e-mail us at store@pinkoliveboutique.com to obtain a return authorization (ra#) and return address. for your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt. pink olive is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
all requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. return credit takes approximately 5-7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
